Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appts at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any cancellations after 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for your nail artist time. You must cancel online or confirm with you nail artist. If you fail to do so and your nail artist isnt aware of the cancellation you with still be charged (fee will be charged to card on file.)
No-Show Policy
I understand that life happens and we are all human. Everyone will get a one time no-show pass if they do not show up to their scheduled appt. After that 100% of your service will be charged to the card on file.
Sick Policy
If you are feeling ill or showing any symptoms, please comminate asap. I understand we all get sick, so I will do my best to accommodate you and move your appt. If you cancel after the 24 hours due to an illness your cancellation fee will be voided one time. After that, your card on file will be charged.
